I have worked closely with Aman Bhadani on several high-impact initiatives at Pocket FM that drove meaningful improvements in creator activation, engagement, and retention. What I particularly appreciate about Aman is that he spends time understanding the user, the business context, and the underlying problem before proposing a solution. He brings valuable perspectives that often helps the team arrive at better outcomes. Aman is highly collaborative, proactive and easy to work with across functions. He's still building his craft, and he knows it - which is honestly the best thing you can say about someone early in their career. That self-awareness, combined with how naturally he collaborates, makes me confident he'll keep growing into someone teams genuinely want to work with :)
