Srishti Chaturvedi

Lead Product Manager, Pocket FM

I have worked closely with Aman Bhadani on several high-impact initiatives at Pocket FM that drove meaningful improvements in creator activation, engagement, and retention. What I particularly appreciate about Aman is that he spends time understanding the user, the business context, and the underlying problem before proposing a solution. He brings valuable perspectives that often helps the team arrive at better outcomes. Aman is highly collaborative, proactive and easy to work with across functions. It has been a pleasure working with him.

Suzanne May Dsouza

UX Researcher, Pocket FM

Working with Aman across multiple projects - especially Contest Revamp for UGC at Pocket FM - has been one of those collaborations that just works. Not because everything went perfectly, but because he's the kind of person who makes collaborations fun. He doesn't rush to jump in before he understands the problem. He takes his time and that patience shows up in how he works with others too - cross-functional teams, feedback from product, inputs from research - he takes it all in without getting defensive or territorial. He's quiet in the way that reliable people often are. Not because he doesn't have opinions, but because he picks his moments. And when he does show up, he follows through. He's still building his craft, and he knows it - which is honestly the best thing you can say about someone early in their career. That self-awareness, combined with how naturally he collaborates, makes me confident he'll keep growing into someone teams genuinely want to work with :)

Kishore S

Senior Product Designer, Pocket FM

I had the opportunity to work closely with Aman Bhadani on UGC projects at Pocket FM, and I've consistently been impressed by the craft, care and clarity he brings to his work. Aman has a strong eye for visual design and an excellent sense of detail. What stands out most is that he does not settle for anything that feels half-done or slightly off. He keeps pushing the design until it feels polished, thoughtful and right for the problem at hand. That level of ownership shows up in the quality of his work. Beyond visual polish, Aman has a solid understanding of product thinking. He asks the right questions at the right time, brings clarity into discussions and knows how to involve the right stakeholders when decisions need sharper input. This balance of craft and product sense makes him a dependable designer to collaborate with. He is thoughtful, curious and consistently improving. I'm confident Aman is on his way to becoming a stellar product designer, and I'd gladly recommend him to any team looking for someone with strong design craft, attention to detail and a growing product mindset.

// About me

Aman Bhadani

I'm a product designer at Pocket FM, a global entertainment platform with 300K+ writers and 250M+ listeners across 20+ countries. My work spans both sides: the tools and systems writers use to create and grow, and the surfaces that help listeners find their next great series.

I'm usually brought in before the design problem is fully defined, when there's a business question or a growth challenge with no clear brief. My job at that stage is to shape what we're solving alongside product and engineering, then stay in it until what ships moves something real.

Before Pocket FM, I designed automotive HMI at TATA Elxsi and worked on digital banking at HDFC Bank. The thread across all of it: making complex systems easy to navigate for the person sitting in front of them.
